He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kassim Legal, a family‑run boutique corporate law firm established more than 50 years ago and widely recognized as one of the MENA region’s leading firms for startups, venture capital, and private equity. His expertise spans complex cross‑border transactions, international M&A, fund and SPV formation, as well as international tax planning and structuring. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Hisham is a published scholar in U.S. law reviews and an active voice in the startup ecosystem, frequently leading workshops, masterclasses, and mentorship sessions for founders and investors.
